Electricity Basics


Students will learn the Basic Electricity Principles, how to understand Electrical Curcuits, how to understand electrical drawings and symbols, generators and transformers, electric motors, electrical protection, and industrial electrical wiring. In addition, they will learn about high voltage electrical safety.

Electricity-Trouble Shooting


Students will learn Electrical Safety Requirements during System installation and equipment maintenance, testing procedures, Electrical testing on low voltage equipment, medium voltage equipment troubleshooting, remote instrumentation and on-line monitoring system, grounding system maintenance and testing requirements, high voltage testing and troubleshooting, and power transformer troubleshooting.
