Electronics 1


You will learn the basic fundamentals of electronics terminology and mathematical formulas which will allow you to advance into other technical courses. Course contents include the following: Basic Electricity; Use of the Scientific Calculator; D.C. Electronics Theory; A.C. Electronics Theory; Semiconductor Theory; Solid State Theory; Digital Technology.

*Pre-Requisite Required: You will be required to take a math assessment at the beginning of the course.



Electronics 2


You will build electronic projects with real electronic components. Each member will need to use the electronics theory that was applied in Electronics 1 and identify electronics components to complete each electronics project. Course contents include the following: Safety; Electronics Component Identification; Project Board Wiring; Reading Schematic Diagrams; Electronics Component Testing; Digital Multi-meter(DMM) Use; Electronic Schematic Trouble-shooting; Electronic Project trouble-shooting.
